BASIA also offers shutlle service from Silay Aiport to Bacolod City or nearby.
Drop off points are at convenient areas like Malls (SM, Robinson's Place, Ayala), at Bus Terminals or at Hotels located within the City. If it is your first time in Bacolod make sure to advice the driver of your preferred drop-off location. For trips from Silay International Airport to Bacolod City, the fare is 150 pesos per person.
I have personally used BASIA service for many times. So I am able to organize some tips below.
What to expect:
Basia service is always on time. So be sure to arrive before the schedule.Most of the vehicles they use are Toyota Hi Ace.
It's better to purchase ticket in advance.
Where To Pay:
If you wish to secure your seat in advance, purchase a ticket at their booth located at Robinsons Place in Mandalagan Bacolod City, you won't need to go inside the Mall its quite near KFC restaurant fronting the parking lot.If you are coming from Silay International Airport to BCD pay direct to the driver. Or a conductor at the parking area will collect the fees.

One way fare from Bacolod City to Silay Airport is P130 per passenger and from Silay Airport to Bacolod City is P150 per passenger. Fare rates will vary if you buy your shuttle tickets from The Travel Lounge and hotels/pension houses.

Our official carriers are Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter and Toyota Hi-Ace Grandia vans. These are primarily used to provide shuttle services from Bacolod City to Silay Airport and vice versa.
However, there are certain times that the number of passengers are high that we cannot accommodate all passengers at one trip. For this reason we get services from other shuttle operators to assist us. Other types of vehicles like the Toyota Revo and Mitsubishi Adventure vehicles are used to provide back-up services for us.
