We spent one night and two days in Bantayan Island. We booked our stay with CouCou Bar & Restaurant. Room was 800 pesos per night for two people with toilet and AC.

Cou Cou Bar picked us up from Bantayan port when we arrived, pickup service was free and it was a Toyota Fortuner, not too shabby :)

Directions from IloIlo City to Alubihod Beach, Nueva Valencia Guimaras

From IloIlo City, take a ferry from Jordan Wharf.  

Service runs from 6AM till 10PM. Ferry ride will take about 20 minutes.
Fare is 14 pesos for trips within 6:00AM to 5:59PM. Night trips costs slightly higher, 17 pesos for trips beginning 6PM.

Boat Rental Rates, Island Hopping in Hundred Islands National Park

Getting an island hopping tour to see the Hundred Islands National Park is super easy.  Thanks to the tourism of Alaminos City for having a great system in place. Cost of boat rental tours ranges from 800 pesos to 2,000 pesos. The rate includes the boat, and the tour guide or the bangkero. Choose to do a Regular Day Tour or A Day Tour Service. What's the difference?

Regular Day Tour - Island Hopping for 800 pesos up to 1,100 pesos

The day tour only allows you to visit the three popular islands: The Marcos Island, the Children's Island, & Quezon Island. This can be done in 2-4 hours.

Island Hopping in Pundaquit: Camara Island, Capones Island & Anawangin Cove in Zambales

Pundaquit is located in San Antonio Zambales. It's about 1 hour away from Olangapo, the capital city of Zambales.

The standard rate for Island hopping or boat hire is 1,500 pesos. Includes visit to three of the popular islands in Pundaquit Zambales: the Camara Island, Capones Island and Anawangin Cove.

1. Camara Island, San Antonio Zambales

This is the closest island from the shore of Pundaquit. You will get there in 15-20 minutes depending on the weather.

Snorkeling in Hundred Islands National Park was definitely worth the trip and the day tour fee of course. I would like to commend Victor, our tour guide, he was wonderful! He took us to the coral garden in fact he snorkeled with us and I wish every boat guide was like him.
